Cransations® Apple Pie



1 bag Cransations®

3 sweet baking apples, cored and sliced

3 tbsp. cornstarch

1 9-inch pie crust


⅓ cup butter

½ cup sugar

¾ cup flour


Preheat oven to 425

In bowl, combine fruits & cornstarch

Pour into unbaked pie shell

Cover edge of pie with foil strips or a pie shield

Bake for 15 minutes

Reduce heat to 325° and bake for an additional 25 minutes

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine topping ingredients, mix by hand until mixture is in small crumb-like pieces

Remove pie from oven, remove shield and sprinkle evenly with topping

Bake an additional 20 minutes

Remove from oven, cool & serve
